A Free For All Links (FFA) page is a page where anybody can leave a link - usually in return for giving their e-mail address and accepting advertisements
I suggest that you do not use your primary e-mail address if submitting to Free For All Links pages, because you may receive many advertisement e-mails. Additionally, I am skeptical of their value as links tend to scroll off these pages quickly.
