Safe Lists Safe Lists are a specialized kind of Discussion List. Basically they are intended as a means of blatant advertising. In return for accepting other people's adverts, you get to send yours to the list. Generally, you will find that business opportunity, home business, marketing, etc., adverts will be the ones that are most likely to get a response. There are usually some rules for each Safe List that you join, and you also need to be aware of the potentially large volume of e-mail involved (set up a special e-mail account just for Safe Lists). There are Safe Lists, which are free to join, and pay-to-join lists, and some lists which offer both free and paid membership.
