Tell-A-Friend Forms A tell-a-friend form is a form that you can add to your website that allows one person to fill in details and tell another person about your site. Of course, you could just hope people would do the same thing, using their own e-mail program, but generally they won't. The tell-a-friend forms usually work much better. There are many tell-a-friend forms to choose from, including a few that you link into your web site, or others that run as scripts on your own web server. Generally you will get best results with these forms if you give your user's a good reason or incentive to use them. In my experience, people won't tell their friends just to help you out - what they want to know is what's in for me (or my friend). So try to think laterally and come up with a nice twist - but check the rules of any paying tell-a-friend forms Summary
